Refer a friend or family member to Bankstown Smile Design. The referee must be aged 18 or older, be a new patient, mention the referrer's name when booking, and attend their first appointment. The referee receives $100 off their first appointment, and the referrer receives $100 towards a treatment of their choice. There is no limit on the number of referrals or $100 vouchers. Vouchers must be used within 12 months of issue, can only be used once, cannot be used with another offer or promotion, are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and the program may be changed or withdrawn at the practice's discretion.
