Loan Factory is seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the company's financial strategy, planning, and operations. The role oversees financial reporting, capital management, budgeting, internal controls, cash flow, warehouse lines, capital markets relationships, liquidity planning, regulatory compliance, audits, and investor reporting. The CFO will provide financial insights for executive decision-making, improve profitability and operational efficiency, and lead the finance and accounting teams. Candidates should have 8 to 10 or more years of finance leadership experience, preferably in mortgage lending, strong knowledge of mortgage finance, capital markets, warehouse lending, and secondary markets, experience with financial reporting and regulatory requirements, leadership experience managing finance and accounting teams, and a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA or MBA and experience with multi-state mortgage lending organizations are strongly preferred. Compensation includes a base salary of $150,000 to $180,000 per year, a performance bonus, potential equity or long-term incentives, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, company holidays, and the opportunity to help scale a fast-growing mortgage platform.
