Provide legal counsel on immigration matters, prepare and file applications, attend hearings and interviews, ensure compliance with immigration regulations, draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and maintain professional communication with clients regarding concerns and updates. Requirements include a J.D. or L.L.M. from an accredited law school, admission to practice law in New York, strong communication, research, analytical, and written communication skills, a desire to learn, and the ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines. Ukrainian or Russian is preferred, and prior immigration law firm or practice experience is preferred. The position offers a competitive salary of $70,000 to $90,000 commensurate with experience, performance-based bonuses, primarily in-person work with possible remote arrangements, professional development and CLE reimbursement, Bar Membership, and an opportunity to progress into a mentoring attorney or partner role.
