A non-surgical treatment using platelet-rich plasma from the patient's own blood. A blood sample is processed in a centrifuge, then the platelet-rich plasma is injected with a very fine needle into the vaginal wall to help create natural support around the urethra. A local anaesthetic is used. The treated area may feel sensitive for about a day, but usual activities can generally be resumed afterwards.
