Professional training for primary or secondary Houmash teachers. Covers the basic principles for deepening Rashi commentary, applying them in varied situations, developing analytical, synthesis and critical thinking skills, fostering independent reflection, stimulating curiosity, teaching Houmash at an appropriately advanced level, promoting Kodech subjects and connecting teaching to students' real lives. Includes examples, discussion and tools to enrich teaching practices. Access is available at the request of a school structure or an individual. The training is delivered over 3 or 4 days, with 18 to 21 hours of training. The proposed method is evaluated through implementation.
