Manage the CAD team's delivery, quality compliance, 2D and 3D CAD production, 3D drafting development, BIM standards, team supervision and mentoring, productivity, workflow, coordination meetings, training, and CAD requirements estimates for projects supporting clients mainly in the highway sector. Applicants should have at least 10 years' experience with common 2D and 3D CAD packages, high-level CAD and BIM software proficiency, experience in surveying, civil, or structural projects, team leadership experience, and knowledge of underground services networks, 3D clash checking, and BIM 360 or equivalent software. The role may involve travel to client sites or other offices.
