A qualified clinician examines the ears using specialist equipment, explains the procedure, removes wax using gentle microsuction under direct vision, and provides post-treatment checks and ongoing ear health advice. If no wax is present, the outer and middle ears are assessed for other causes of blocked sensation, including infections or Eustachian Tube dysfunction. Video Otoscopy and Tympanometry may be used to investigate and guide next steps. Suitable for ages 12 and up.
