Join Axiom as a supply chain attorney supporting clients at large automotive, retail, technology, consumer goods, and professional services companies. Advise supply chain, manufacturing, and operations teams on commercial matters involving suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and logistics providers. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating procurement, transportation, logistics, warehousing, distribution, supplier, vendor, and service agreements; advising on transportation and logistics regulations, import and export controls, environmental regulations, customs laws, and international trade regulations; and helping mitigate supplier disputes, product recalls, supply disruptions, and ethical sourcing risks. Qualifications include 3+ years of legal experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics, or related commercial matters, strong knowledge of U.S. and international supply chain regulations including UCC, Incoterms, and FCPA, experience negotiating supply chain agreements, and an active attorney license in good standing with a U.S. state bar. Full-time attorney compensation is estimated at $104,500 to $325,000 per year.
