Details.
Assessment of the visible structural condition of a property to help inform purchasing decisions. Inspectors use specialised tools when required to detect possible defects. The report may include photographs and notes about visible wall cracks, signs of movement, warping or leaning structural elements, roof damage, sagging, deterioration, general property condition and potential moisture-related issues. Reports are prepared in line with the Pre-Purchase Inspection Standards, AS 4349.1-2007 and AS 4349.30-2010. This is not a structural integrity inspection and does not provide certification of structural integrity.
