A temporary process for handling certain individual complaints relating to allegations of mistreatment, abuse, bullying, harassment, discrimination, or the handling of previous complaints involving British Gymnastics. Sport Resolutions can receive and compile complaints, discuss how the complaint should be handled, obtain consent for personal data processing, take a statement, and refer the complaint to the Independent Person where appropriate.
