Details.
Individualized, collaborative therapy tailored to the client's needs. Treatment length and frequency are determined together and may change over time. Concerns addressed may include depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, loneliness, bereavement, anger management, work-related issues, family conflict, procrastination, childhood trauma, psychosis, paranoia, panic attacks, health and medical concerns, and obsessive or compulsive behaviors. The therapist cannot prescribe medication but collaborates with treating psychiatrists when medication may be helpful.
