Teach maths and English in a personalised way, meeting each child at their real ability, with training and support from the team. Lynn's Learning looks for people who care about children and want them to succeed, who can build trust, recognise when a child is struggling and turn frustration into a small win. Applicants should be confident across primary and secondary maths and/or English. Teaching qualifications and experience are valued but not essential. Reliability, organisation and willingness to follow a proven method are also valued.
