A 10% discount applies to service-type work, including home tap and toilet servicing, clearing internal blockages such as kitchen or vanity sinks, and leak detection. A 5% discount applies to replacement-type work, including replacement of a section of burst pipe, hot water heater replacements, tap and toilet replacements, roof restorations, pipe relining, and subsoil drainage.
