Case assistance is available through Encore's older adult centers. Center hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM at the LifeLong Learning Center and Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM at the Aging Through Arts Center. Case assistance is available Mondays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
