Saber Law Group is seeking seasoned employment law attorneys to work directly with clients from beginning to end on cases, build their own practice, and collaborate on sophisticated advice and counseling, compliance and transactional work, and litigation matters. Duties include compliance advice and counseling, audits and workplace investigations, preparing employee handbooks and policies, harassment prevention and management training, representations before administrative agencies, and defending lawsuits ranging from single plaintiff to class and PAGA litigation in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings. Applicants must be licensed to practice in California, have at least three years of experience, and be well versed in arbitration agreements and wage and hour law. Compensation includes an annual base salary of $190,000 to $250,000, possible productivity, merit-based, and business development bonuses, competitive benefits, and a collaborative hybrid work environment.
