A teen mentorship program for adolescents typically ages 14 to 21, with or without an autism diagnosis. Mentors participate in monthly social, recreational, and community service activities, plus training and workshops focused on mentoring, leadership, goal setting, and future planning. The program year runs from September through May. Participants must be able to communicate clearly, attend trainings and workshops, and cannot require 1:1 staffing or engage in aggressive or self-injurious behavior.
