Candidates should have experience with commercial architectural and interiors projects, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software, strong project management and team leadership skills, and experience with project design, construction documents, construction administration, contracts, budgeting, and scheduling. The role requires a strong focus on quality control, exceptional graphic and presentation skills, effective communication, client-focused service, collaboration, and the ability to manage fast-paced projects.
