Based in Chatswood, this role involves hands-on day-to-day venue operations, working directly with the head chef and managing director, recruiting and training staff, helping achieve company targets, making and approving rosters within the payroll budget, managing labour costs, ordering front of house stock, and organising repairs. Barista experience is a bonus. The right candidate will have previous management experience in a venue with at least 50 seats, full Australian working rights, a passion for food, coffee and hospitality, a can-do attitude, strong commitment, professional presentation, punctuality, the ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere, and the ability to lead and train staff. The role requires reliability, high commitment, and availability to work all weekends and other days when required.
