Free pickup in store for orders placed through the Berthillon online shop. The customer selects the pickup location and time slot according to availability. Pickup hours are the same as opening hours. Fresh products are reserved until the pickup point closes on the selected pickup day, and cannot be refunded if not collected within 48 hours of the order date. Frozen products may be held for up to four working days after order validation if a postponement request is made within 24 hours.
