Perform manicure and pedicure treatments, support the smooth running of salon operations and team wellbeing, act as a key holder, train junior team members, promote a collaborative working environment, help deliver the customer journey, maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards, and support the marketing team with nail art menus and content. Experienced Nail Artists can work with the extensive Nail Art Menu, while those without Nail Art experience can receive training. The role also offers opportunities to work at external and internal events and collaborations. Candidates should have attention to detail, an NVQ Level 2 in Beauty or equivalent, previous experience as a Senior Nail Technician, be friendly and kind, enjoy providing good customer service, communicate easily and positively impact others.
