St Euphemia College is seeking a School Counsellor to join its Wellbeing team and provide counselling support, referral services and guidance for students and their families from Kindergarten to Year 12. The role includes developing proactive and preventative wellbeing initiatives, managing a caseload, promoting students' social, emotional and educational development, providing counselling based on students' social, emotional and behavioural needs, and liaising with parents, teachers and external health providers. Applications are invited from registered Psychologists, Counsellors, Social Workers or applicants with a related qualification who are motivated by meaningful connection and interested in providing evidence-based brief intervention within a collaborative and inclusive team. A valid Working With Children Check and commitment to the College's Child Protection Policy are required.
