Manage the organization's finances, including accounting, cash flow, budgeting, payroll, tax filings, reporting, audit coordination, contracts, office administration, ticketing, customer service, communications, and development data management. The role requires an undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least 5 years of nonprofit accounting and management experience, extensive accounting and audit experience, knowledge of financial controls and reporting, proficiency with general ledger systems and QuickBooks, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain complex financial concepts to people with varying levels of expertise.
