A three-hour training course for people working with pupils. It explores the long-term harmful effects of punishment and reward on the brain and interpersonal mechanisms at school, and introduces tools for developing desirable socio-emotional skills. The course uses examples, practical scenarios and discussion, with evaluation through a practical scenario. Access is available at the initiative of a school or at the request of an individual. Requests receive a response within 72 hours, and the training schedule is arranged with the candidate.
