Families can receive free counselling if they are entitled to or already receive Bürgergeld, social assistance, child supplement or housing benefit. The service is aimed especially at parents and single parents, and supports families and children aged 0 to 25 with job coaching, health coaching, family coaching and social counselling. Topics include administrative applications, education, employment, health, childcare, school attendance, financial support and family matters. Appointments are available by arrangement, including home visits where appropriate.
