Join the Driver Support team providing first-line support across phone calls, emails, social media, charger platform notifications and other channels. The role involves managing tickets, meeting service level agreements, assisting and triaging charge point operators and EV drivers, troubleshooting common issues, escalating complex problems, monitoring customer networks, documenting solutions and contributing to the Customer Experience platform. Customer support experience is preferable but not mandatory. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, basic understanding of EV charging systems or willingness to learn, technical aptitude, adaptability, and the ability to remain calm and resourceful in challenging situations are required. This office-based role is located at the Central Lancaster office, with some hybrid working depending on shifts. The rota is 4 days on and 4 days off, averaging approximately 40 hours per week, including weekend work. Shifts are 8 hours including a 1-hour break, between 06:00 and 22:00.
