The role requires an accredited professional degree in Architecture, architectural licensure or progress toward licensure, and a portfolio demonstrating exceptional design, presentation and communication skills. Responsibilities include creating coordinated AutoCAD drawings across all design and documentation phases, leading construction detailing, coordinating consultant teams, mentoring junior staff, managing multiple projects, interacting with clients, consultants and contractors, and providing typical construction phase services. Candidates should be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray or similar software, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
