Deliver onsite training and consultancy for clients, with local and interstate travel and occasional web conference sessions. Responsibilities include identifying training or consultancy needs, communicating delivery options, coordinating training details, preparing agendas and resources, delivering onsite and online sessions, conducting evaluation surveys and following up with clients. Candidates should be confident, dynamic and passionate educators with a user-centred e-learning approach, excellent customer service, communication and presentation skills, Moodle LMS experience, and experience with Teams and Zoom. Experience with Moodle Workplace, or willingness to learn it, is required.
