ARA Mechanical employs a minimum of four new apprentices each year for training and development in the air conditioning industry. Apprentices are mentored throughout their training and, at the end of the four year apprenticeship, successful apprentices receive a trade certificate and the opportunity to continue advancing their career within ARA Mechanical.
