Work within the Bromley office, assisting partners and managers with statutory audit and accounts preparation services, and managing and allocating work to audit trainees. Duties include planning and delivering audit and accounts assignments, supervising junior staff, reviewing their work, delivering audit files to the assignment manager, managing client communication, coaching staff, and mentoring audit and accounts trainees. The role requires experience of private company audits, current auditing standards and approaches, statutory company accounts preparation under UK GAAP and charities, and ACA or ACCA qualification. Excellent communication, attention to detail, prioritisation, deadline management and interpersonal skills are required. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, adaptable, personable, courteous and professional.
