A 3-week internship within a professional production office in an arts organisation. Duties include collating casting information, creating purchase orders and processing invoices, attending rehearsals and events, booking accommodation and flights for visiting artists, distributing information to musicians and partners, researching upcoming productions and events, collating artist information, and supporting the production team. Normal office hours are 11am to 6pm Monday to Friday, with some events and rehearsals outside these hours. The role can be adapted for other commitments. The placement is unpaid, with travel expenses in London reimbursed.
