The Gateway Development Commission is seeking an experienced professional to support claims analysis, entitlement evaluation, change management, dispute resolution, and risk assessment activities for the Hudson Tunnel Project. Responsibilities include coordinating internal staff and external stakeholders, leading claims strategy, analysis and negotiation, preparing formal notices and responses, evaluating change requests, supporting schedule and cost analysis, administering construction and design contracts, and assisting with dispute resolution. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, at least 5 years of construction experience, knowledge of tunneling, geotechnical baseline reports, heavy civil construction, construction contracts, scheduling and cost analysis, and strong coordination and communication skills. Tunneling or major infrastructure experience, a Professional Engineer license or Juris Doctor focused on construction law, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel are preferred.
