Join a growing plaintiff-side employment law practice at a boutique California employment law firm. You will work closely with the firm's partners and play a substantive role in employment litigation, including single-plaintiff, class action, and PAGA matters, drafting complaints, pleadings, and written discovery, taking and defending depositions, managing discovery, analyzing payroll and timekeeping data, drafting and arguing motions, participating in mediations and settlement negotiations, communicating directly with clients, and assisting with class certification and settlement approval. The role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and involvement in litigation strategy from the outset. Applicants must have at least 4 years of California employment law experience, excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. A Juris Doctor degree and active membership in good standing of the California State Bar are required. The position offers a salary range of $150,000 to $215,000, a remote work arrangement, hands-on litigation experience, direct client contact, a collaborative non-hierarchical boutique environment, and long-term growth opportunities.
