Weekly group class for complete beginners. Covers Ballroom and Latin dancing, with lessons focusing on musicality, technique, leader and follower skills, posture, confidence and enjoyment. No partner or previous experience is necessary. The class includes one hour learning a Ballroom dance, a five minute break and one hour learning a Latin dance. Classes are held every Tuesday at the Edward Woods Community Centre in Shepherds Bush.
