Based in Tintico Finchley, at the production facility in North London. This entry-level role involves operating roasting machines to produce speciality coffee, bagging and picking up customer orders, manual handling and heavy lifting of green and roasted coffee, and equipment maintenance and cleaning. Essential qualities include a passion for speciality coffee, an interest in learning coffee roasting and production, numerical confidence, the ability to work independently and in a team, self-motivation, and attention to detail. Previous roasting experience is not required, as full training will be provided to the right candidate. Passion for the job is important.
