Lead the day-to-day operation of a Mooboo bubble tea store, including beverage preparation, sales, customer service, staff training, scheduling, inventory management, hygiene monitoring and achieving sales targets. The role requires the right to work in the UK, experience in the food or beverage service industry, punctual and stable attendance, availability for morning, evening and holiday shifts, good planning and organisational skills, leadership and customer service skills, familiarity with food hygiene, health and safety procedures, and a willingness to learn. The role is based at one site in Central London, East London or Outer London.
