To benefit from current promotions on Treatwell, you must prepay the service by bank card before the appointment. Otherwise, you will not be able to receive the promotional price at the salon. A prepaid appointment that is not attended will not be refunded unless you notify the salon in advance that you cannot attend and contact it to reschedule for a later date.
