Located in London, Birmingham or Manchester, this office-based role involves regular UK-wide travel. Strong technical knowledge, high quality report writing and a professional client-facing manner are essential. The role suits an experienced Fire Risk Assessor at Tier 2 or Tier 3 level who can work independently on site, produce clear written reports and deal directly with clients and duty holders. You will help clients understand and manage fire risk in line with current legislation and best practice. The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience in fire safety consultancy, compliance or risk management, excellent communication and technical writing skills, and be working towards becoming a Tier 3 assessor with the IFSM or already be on the IFE assessors register. A NEBOSH Fire or Health and Safety qualification, membership of IOSH, IFE or IFSM, a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites when required are also specified.
