Manage and coordinate construction projects from planning through completion. Duties include supervising construction and off-site activities, ensuring compliance with construction and safety regulations, negotiating contract conditions, obtaining permits and licences, ensuring contractual performance, coordinating construction workers and subcontractors, and evaluating projects to optimise schedules and cost estimates. Requirements include a master's degree in engineering or architecture, experience in tendering, procurement or construction management, knowledge of procurement law, VOB and relevant technical and regulatory requirements, AVA software skills, interest in AVA and BIM, teamwork, initiative, analytical thinking, willingness to travel and a driving licence.
