Trainee Sommelier, Bartender position across Lamb's Conduit Street, Soho and Mayfair. The bartender is responsible for organising and dispensing wines from the daily-changing, 60-bin by-the-glass menu, while tasting and learning about the producers on the list. Candidates should be passionate about expanding their knowledge and using it to provide warm hospitality, show potential to develop quickly, and be excited by the producers featured in Noble Rot magazine and on the wine lists. This role is where most sommeliers start at Noble Rot.
