Join Axiom's bench supporting global clients in the banking and financial services sector. The role involves negotiating ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA and other relevant documents, analysing and resolving technical negotiation issues, progressing a portfolio of live matters within a team, and building productive relationships with key stakeholders and relationship managers. Requirements include 3+ years of experience with derivatives documentation or negotiation, knowledge of ISDA-related negotiation and execution principles and procedures, strong investigative and analytical skills, and excellent academic credentials. Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements is advantageous, and in-house financial services experience is beneficial but not essential.
