Lead after-school programs for students ages 5 to 14 in hands-on STEM crafts, material engineering, Scratch coding, robotics, Minecraft, and Tinkercad. Responsibilities include creating project lessons and instructional videos, coordinating with school directors, parents, and staff, and supplementing curriculum as needed. Programs generally run from 2:30 to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and the position can renew each semester. Applicants need experience teaching children, professional communication skills, the ability to travel throughout NYC, semester-long availability, English proficiency, and expertise or passion in a STEM or STEAM field.
