DesignInc is seeking a highly motivated Interior Designer to join its collaborative and supportive studio culture. The role involves supporting project leadership with user group workshop presentations, producing design documentation from concept through construction documentation, selecting materials, finishes, furnishings and fixtures, managing RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, conducting site visits and inspections, and building client and stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate will work across Education, Health, Defence, Community and Recreation projects, mentor graduate designers, and contribute to local, regional and national projects. Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years relevant post-graduation experience, a degree in Interior Design, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Revit, Enscape, PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Experience delivering interior design packages, effective time management, the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously, and a sound understanding of the NCC and relevant Australian Standards are required.
