Lead VicTrack's remuneration, reward and benefits framework, ensuring transparency, equity and alignment with business objectives and Victorian Government requirements. The role provides strategic direction across remuneration governance, executive remuneration, employee benefits, job evaluation and workforce reward programs. Key responsibilities include managing the Public Entity Executive Remuneration framework, annual Enterprise Agreement remuneration processes, Board and committee papers, job evaluation and benchmarking, remuneration advisory services, employee benefits strategy and governance, vendor relationships, data analysis, reporting, process integrity and continuous improvement. The position requires tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management, Finance or a related field, extensive experience in a specialist remuneration and benefits leadership role, knowledge of Victorian Public Sector executive remuneration practices, experience with job evaluation methodologies such as Mercer or Korn Ferry, advanced analytical skills, strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and advanced Excel proficiency.
