Designed for advanced estate agents who want to operate independently at the highest level of the London residential market. The platform provides infrastructure, brand credibility, operational support, marketing assets, access to the Park Lord network, systems and software, and operational guidance, enabling agents to focus on clients and instructions. Agents receive onboarding, a welcome pack, IT and systems support, phone answering and message handling, in-house compliance support, marketing and property promotion assets, access to Park Lord Studios, and opportunities to connect with the Park Lord community and network. The commercial terms include a monthly fee of £1,175 plus VAT, an 80% commission split and 80% referrals. Additional team members are charged £575 plus VAT per month. ARLA qualified agents at Level 3 or above may handle lettings independently with an 80% commission split, while Park Lord manages deals for agents who are not ARLA qualified with a 50% commission split.
