Health Psychology Associates is seeking a fully licensed Massachusetts clinician with experience or strong interest in working with motivated, high-performing adults and couples. The role focuses on individual therapy using evidence-based approaches, including support for young adults transitioning into careers, working professionals and students managing academic and career demands, perfectionism, burnout, imposter syndrome, performance pressure, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, couples therapy, career transitions, major life changes, and identity exploration. Responsibilities include maintaining a minimum caseload of 24 clients per week, collaborating with a skilled clinical team, and contributing to a culture of clinical excellence and continuous growth. Applicants should have an active Massachusetts license, proven experience with high-achieving adults and couples, a passion for evidence-based practice and measurable outcomes, professional autonomy, clinical excellence, work-life balance, and collaborative teamwork. The practice provides referral support, intake, scheduling, billing, software and hardware, marketing, credentialing, hybrid telehealth and in-person options, clinical supervision, peer consultation, professional development, and a collaborative office environment in Boston's Back Bay. Full-time benefits include $100,000+ annually for master's-level clinicians or $130,000+ annually for doctoral-level clinicians, based on 24 client hours per week, with potential discretionary bonus, partial health and dental premium coverage, retirement plan eligibility, no-cost supervision and consultation, marketing support, supplemental insurance options, and company-paid team-building events.
