DCWC is seeking a student enrolled in a recognised tertiary course in Construction to join its Victorian team as a Junior Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager. The role provides quantity surveying and associated services to Directors, Associate Directors and Quantity Surveyors across built environment projects. Responsibilities include measuring quantities for preliminary estimates, cost plans and bills of quantities, assisting with contract administration and post-contract work, supporting post-contract certificates, tax depreciation schedules and bank reports, and assisting with quality assurance documentation. Applicants can be in any year of study. The program offers experience with leading construction professionals, exposure to innovative projects across various sectors, mentoring from a senior supervisor, flexible working arrangements, wellbeing programs and potential full-time permanent employment after completing a degree. This is an ongoing casual role with hours tailored to study load, semester breaks and personal commitments.
