Sutro Gold is seeking a manager to join its inclusive, body-positive aesthetic services boutique with a witchy, rock n’ roll vibe. The business specializes in brow and body waxing, eyebrow microblading, spray tans and other services. The role requires a warm, welcoming and friendly approach to clients, along with reliability, timeliness, organization, attention to detail, initiative and the ability to think ahead. Candidates should be proficient with scheduling software or able to learn quickly. Acuity familiarity is preferred but not required, and training is available. Managerial experience in a salon or spa setting, people and task management, product ordering, project management and event coordination are preferred. Any managerial experience is welcome. The position is 20 hours per week, with an opportunity to transition to full time. Salary is dependent on experience.
