This non-clinical role is suited to natural problem solvers who are resourceful, street smart, tech-savvy, and motivated. Peer advocates may be in recovery themselves and advocate for others. Certification is not required initially because RevCore helps qualified candidates obtain certification. Duties include boosting client engagement with treatment, accompanying clients to appointments, offering non-clinical crisis support, helping clients complete forms and apply for benefits, connecting clients to community-based support, and raising awareness of recovery resources.
