Join the Central London telephone interviewing team. Previous research interviewing experience is advantageous but not necessary, as training and ongoing mentoring are provided. Applicants should have good computer skills and be well mannered, professionally minded, target orientated, self-motivated, upbeat and persuasive. Interviewers conduct research projects for a wide range of clients, receive continuous in-house training to MRS and IQCS standards, and may receive competitive pay with holiday pay included, regular productivity-based pay raises, project bonus schemes, flexible working patterns, advancement opportunities and remote home working subject to the role and successful completion of probation. Weekday business shifts are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm, and consumer shifts are Monday to Friday, 5pm to 9pm. Successful applicants must complete an interview and assessment day and then start immediately for a trial period depending on team requirements.
