Own the New Zealand sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to signed contract, including lead qualification, customer discovery, quoting, product guidance, site and consenting discussions, and handover. The role also includes supporting the Bunnings New Zealand rollout, generating leads through outbound activity and industry relationships, representing Elsewhere Pods at events, maintaining CRM records, collaborating with operations, and sharing market insights with sales and product teams. Applicants should have proven sales or business development experience, preferably in construction, building products, property or another high-value purchase, a consultative selling style, strong communication and relationship-building skills, CRM proficiency, a self-starter mindset, and be based in New Zealand with a willingness to travel. The role starts part-time with a view to full-time, and includes commission, profit sharing, an Employee Share Ownership Program, and support from the established Australian team.
